In the struggle against COVID-19 let's remember to wear the masks, keep the distance, wash hands, avoid surfaces, clean surfaces, don't unnecessarily confront others who are not in compliance, don't get fatigued, await the approved vaccine, and have the patience.

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to a forensic analysis on successfully managing the Covid-19 pandemic. As you already know Covid-19 is still a pandemic that does not have as yet a successful antiviral therapy such as a vaccine or an antiviral drug.
Be sure to understand the language of Covid-19 safety and maximizing your chances of staying safe and well during these perilous times.
Much of the effort required of us to protect ourselves and to protect others is based on our proper understanding of the risks as well as our conduct and behavior during this pandemic. Our conduct during the Covid-19 pandemic will ultimately determine the outcomes of life or death.

CURRENT STATUS
- Covid-19 STILL a pandemic- worldwide
- No known successful vaccine or anti-viral therapy is as yet available but many research projects are underway
- There are currently only two (2) approved vaccines approved by the FDA for emergency use authorization. These are as follows:
- Pfizer/BioNtech vaccine
- Moderna vaccine
- Pfizer/BioNtech vaccine
- Any vaccines or other therapeutics offered as of today is fraudulent
- There are currently only two (2) approved vaccines approved by the FDA for emergency use authorization. These are as follows:
- Staying at home, complying with stay-at-home orders and avoiding large or dense crowds and gatherings are still a critical socio-economic requirement to protect from harm and loss of lives
PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
- Guidelines Summary
- AVOID any and all sources that may contribute to emitting a high VIRAL LOAD
- According to an NIH published study titled "Clinical Significance of a High SARS-CoV-2 Viral Load in the Saliva" By Jin Gu Yoon et al., it was concluded that the viral load was higher in saliva than in the oropharynx during the early stage of COVID-19 and that Chlorhexidine mouthwash was effective in reducing the SARS-CoV-2 viral load in the saliva for a short-term period.
- MFI Note - Consult your healthcare provider for an antiseptic mouthwash that is safe for YOU!

- Always wash hands thoroughly and per the CDC guidance- always wash hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, and use sanitizer containing 60% alcohol
- Wear a mask such as a N95 that offers the best protection against viral entry into the respiratory tract
- Documented evidence (Katherine Hu and J Patel et al ) suggests transmission through teardrops
- It has been documented by Katherine Hu and J Patel et al that COVID-19 may be transmissible through tear drops of symptomatic or asymptomatic patients. Hence we need to be conscientious about the spread from teardrops as well as infections through the eyes.

- It has been documented by Katherine Hu and J Patel et al that COVID-19 may be transmissible through tear drops of symptomatic or asymptomatic patients. Hence we need to be conscientious about the spread from teardrops as well as infections through the eyes.
- Coronavirus size is about .1 microns (100 nanometers) and some masks may prevent as small as .007 microns 7 nanometers)
- N95 certified masks are laboratory-proved to best stop the passage of the virus from entering via the nose and mouth
- Other materials such as cotton quilt with cotton-polyester layers, natural silk, or flannel may be used as found in home-made masks or those sold, that may help slow the spread
- Maintain safe distance of at least 6 feet (As always 6ft horizontal is preferable to 6ft vertical)
- Avoid large gatherings or crowds where the presence of heavier viral loads are possible
- Limit your exposure to crowds
- You may not know who is asymptomatic from who may have symptoms
- Know your risk of having underlying chronic medical conditions
- Those with immuno-suppressive, immuno-compromised, or immunodeficient conditions must abide by state-at-home orders
- Those already infected should self-quarantine and isolate
- Those engaged in high-contact (non-essential, non-frontline) people activity must avoid contact
- Those who can work remotely and by telework should do so
- Be sure to check with your medical professional before attempting to take any medicinal therapy
- Your personal judgement about safety is still your personal responsibility

OTHER ENVIRONMENT PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR CONSIDERATION
These possibilities may be investigated further for helping to reduce contamination in a room environment as follows -
- Use of Ultraviolet light within your home or office HVAC system closer to the coils
- Use of high-efficiency particulate air HEPA filters
- Use of positive or negative air pressure rooms which do not circulate or reuse the same air
RATE OF PROGRESSION
As of May 2020, there is still a global and national upward trend of confirmed cases as well as deaths. While the virus has not diminished in the severe danger that it poses, unfortunately many have a perceived fear or pressure of loss of economic opportunity. This perception may have the unfortunate effect of ignoring the virus' continued risk and the continued need to stay safe and healthy by being consistent with the preventative measures.
TESTING
While testing may still be a limited resource the hope is that more tests as well as more accurate tests will become available. If testing continues to be a limited resource or demonstrates a low level of accuracy then more emphasis needs to be placed on identifying those most "At-risk" and those "Not-At Risk". When these two groups can be well-differentiated and separated then the "Not-At Risk" group can return to economic functions while the "At-Risk" group continues to stay away from public-contact. This becomes a win/win/win solution for both groups as well as the economy.
- Lab tests - available
- Antibody tests - at about 50% accuracy
- Be cautious of false positives and false negatives
RESPIRATORY TRACT HEALTH
Covid-19 is reported to affect the respiratory tract and while the virus is still being studied one can only hope to have at least some form of natural resistance to "help" avoid an infection. Some research provides evidence of how one may improve respiratory tract health as another way of staying healthy and finding ways to fortify one's immune health.
Understanding the State of Affairs with Covid-19
The general points of the quick summary on the state of affairs brought on by Covid-19 are as follows -
- All hands-on-deck response to the Coronavirus pandemic
- A new test of conduct and behavior to survive the pandemic
- A pause on every activity known prior to the pandemic
- The primary goal of preventing the spread of the virus and minimizing the impact to the healthcare infrastructure by flattening the curve
- PEOPLE before ECONOMY
THE RETURN TO FRACTIONAL-NORMAL THEN NORMAL
The path of returning to normal life is dependent on the confidence of knowing that one may not become infected and if one were to become infected then there is high confidence in the availability of antiviral therapy for protecting one's life. Any economic recovery given the Covid-19 pandemic must be well thought-out and can only be a smart recovery plan. Additionally, there are at least twelve (12) rules that must be considered towards a return to all economic functions with reasonable confidence of safety.
