How would you manage your cyber security breach?
About Practicing Cyber Security Safety
When it comes to cyber safety, you may not know that your taking all the precautions in the world is still not a guarantee that you could avoid becoming a victim. It is not 'if' but rather 'when' that one is negatively impacted. I say this from personal experience. One beautiful morning we are taking an out-of-state trip when we received an email notification that our personal and dearly trusted home security surveillance system was 'successfully logged in'. What? Well, the troubling part is that we were not the ones who would have just logged into our home security system. Then who did???? This is what we may call in typical slang - 'What the rass'
When something of this nature happens, not 'if' but 'when' (note that I started the sentence with 'when'), it's really not the time to panic but the time to take prompt action. Save yourself the pain, agony, and headaches and have a plan to take the right action when needed.
Have you experienced any similar incidents? How did you address your concerns? If you'd like to review my plan-of-action, then do not hesitate to subscribe to my no-cost Cyber Security Safety article by registering. You may find this article helpful to yourself or even someone else who may be in need of these protective measures. Stay safe.
Until next time.
