What is the Value or Product Vision
- The Value or Product Vision at a minimum begins at the Executive level and represents the desired product or service outcome from Leadership. However, in advanced organizations with a very matured and high-performance Decision-Chain Formula, you may find value and product vision emanating from any link within the chain then garnering support and sponsorship from the Executive chain.
