  • The TalkBacc Host reserves the right to edit, release, and publish materials in whole or in part as deemed or known as 'final cut', for purposes of production limits, quantity limitations, and other limitations impacting a final published Podcast.
  • The TalkBacc Guest reserves the right to discontinue the interview, or to cancel use of interview materials at anytime prior to publication of the Podcast.
  • The TalkBacc Guest agrees that the TalkBacc Host is allowed to publish in whole or in part, any materials arising out of the interview, to be published on any streaming or social media outlets.
