All Recommendations and suggestions are only in "support" of a Client's ultimate decision-making process and the recommendations and suggestions of Management Forensics Institute are not and must not be construed and interpreted as a final decision maker of and for a Client. The Client further agrees not to hold Management Forensics Institute or any of its personnel liable or responsible for any loss or damage accruing from a final decision of the Client's. The Client further agrees not to hold Management Forensics Institute responsible for any gain accruing from an ultimate or final decision of the Client's. The Client further agrees that Management Forensics Institute is acting only in the capacity of an investigating advisor in support of the Client's decision-making process and is not a co-owner or a co-partner in the Client's ultimate decision-making process.
