Q: What are examples of real-life project time management?
A: Anything that involves consequences of Time, safety, cost etc. Generally, a project is work that is temporary and constrained by time, cost, and scope of work, where a change in at least any single constraint changes the outcome.
For example, conducting an opinion survey project where context and impact could change with time; conducting a biotech experiment project where the window of time for changes and reactions changes the outcome results; conducting an investigative project where availability of information is likely to change with the passage of time; conducting a financial or series of financial transactions project where the value or profit has a narrow time window etcetera.
As such I recommend a good understanding of what’s called the Decision-Chain Formula Link.
