As a Phase 1, we wish to know what system of triage, rapid, and repeatable logistics are on the ground. Is it that boat-loads of supplies are docked, trucks pull up in convoys and distribute to long receiving lines of people who then go back to their homes, at risk of falling apart? How about rapid temporary large storage buildings setup for rapid off-loading of ships and trucks. These storages separately handle consumables, medical supplies, water, and other types of goods. These storages in turn supply a number of Distribution Depots spread out around the habitable living areas. Also, rapid temporary homes and sanitation facilities are setup to get people away from homes beyond repair. In other words based on some system of repeat-ability, people should not be suffering from re-supply of food, clean water, clothing, and shelter. Joining a long line for 4 bottles of water is not practical or repeatable. So, do we know if there is this rapid construction of temporary infrastructure to manage the speed and repeat-ability of assistance as sketched in the diagram?
