Welcome to the MFI360 WFR
Thanks very much for taking the time to review this organic and low-intensity workout fitness routine! This means that it's the type of physical exercise or workout that does not take your body to the extreme! As such it is safe. It also ensures that you are not under-working everyday or few days. Its meant to be a balanced and sustainable workout.
It's a daily fitness routine that keeps you active while at the same time trains you to be effectively reflexive for your self-defense.
The MFI360 WFR self-defense program can be offered in a virtual format. It can be practiced even by flight attendants, professionals, personnel in retail, and anywhere one needs to practice the appropriate legal personal and professional self-defenses that will protect both themselves and even their attackers from unnecessary violence, victimization, escalation and worse.
This training enables you to develop your ABCs such as to avoid harm, to develop bravery, to develop confidence, to improve decision-making, and much more such as to improve situational awareness and to improve judgement.
The MFI360 WFR is not a traditional self-defense class taught in a typical gym but a special self-defense program both physical and intellectual with built-in legal limits and protections that is right for you.
